We understand that the driving forces behind such projects are time, cost and quality.

Having access to a range of specialisms from one reliable source puts you at an advantage. Combining our expertise in Construction & Engineering, Commercial Property, Development Finance and Planning and Environmental law, we support clients in both the private and public sector.

Whether you are a developer, housing association, joint venture company, building contractor, specialist sub-contractor, education or care provider, commercial occupier or funder, we can become part of your team.

Working collaboratively throughout the life cycle of your project, our highly experienced commercial teams provide the comprehensive service you need from site acquisition and planning, funding, through the tendering and procurement process, the construction phase to the operation or disposal of the completed asset.

We can deal with:

  • Planning applications

Occasionally, you may need help resolving disputes. In most cases, a Pre-action Protocol applies to construction and engineering disputes and governs the parties’ conduct prior to the issuing of court proceedings. Where disputes or differences arise, our focus is on achieving the best practical and commercial outcome and will always consider alternative methods of dispute resolution such as adjudication, mediation or expert determination.
