Lydia Elliott-Johnson

About

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2023 and joined Buckles’ Construction and Engineering team in the Nottingham office in October 2025.

My practice includes both advisory and contentious matters. I’m particularly interested in using alternative dispute resolution to deliver cost-effective, timely outcomes where appropriate.

I bring commercial awareness and a proactive approach to my work, shaped by previous experience within the construction investment sector. This background has helped me develop a clear, professional communication style and a strong focus on relationship management.

Clients value my direct, responsive service and my commitment to understanding their individual needs, concerns and goals. Outside of the office, I’m most at home near the water (I like to think of myself as a self-proclaimed mermaid!) or planning my next travel adventure.
