I am a family lawyer specialising in financial remedies, working with business individuals and owners. I assist in all areas of family breakdown and support families in strategic financial and family planning, particularly where there is a desire to retain legacy within the family. I qualified in 1992 and joined Buckles Law in 2025 after working for other well-established firms.
I have many years of experience working nationally with business owners and entrepreneurs. I set up and trained several, national, leading wealth advisory practices to enable them to create a business offering for family lawyers. I have a strong regional profile and am well-connected with decision makers across the East Midlands, thanks to my work with Leicestershire Business Voice. I have also served as a legal adviser to ITV Studios for the show Emmerdale.
I am a good food and travel enthusiast, and I love long-distance walking. I walked Hadrian’s Wall in 5 days. I also have a fondness for the Northeast coast, which is where I hail from.
