About

I joined Buckles in September 2025 as a Paralegal in the Residential Property team, shortly after finishing my Law degree. I’m really enjoying getting stuck into the world of conveyancing and learning from a great team. My goal is to qualify as a solicitor, and this role is giving me a solid grounding in the day to day side of property law. I help support clients through the different stages of buying, selling, transferring and remortgaging their homes.

That includes preparing documents, carrying out searches, and keeping things moving behind the scenes to make the process as straightforward as possible. I know how stressful moving can be, so I do my best to be organised, helpful and easy to get hold of when needed.

I’m someone who really values clear communication and making people feel at ease – especially when they’re dealing with something as important as a home move. I try to take a friendly, down to earth approach, while making sure all the details are properly taken care of. I enjoy working closely with both clients and colleagues and believe that building good relationships makes everything run more smoothly.

While I am early in my career, I take pride in contributing to a positive team environment and am committed to continuously improving my knowledge and skills.

I enjoy giving back to the community and helping others who are just starting their journey into law. I’ve been back to my old secondary school to speak with sixth form students who are thinking about studying law at university. I shared my own experience, what they can expect, and some practical tips to help them stay focused and achieve their goals. It’s something I really value – being able to encourage and support the next generation of legal professionals.

Outside of work, I love spending time in the kitchen baking – whether it’s trying out new recipes or perfecting old favourites. I also really enjoy travelling and discovering new places, cultures, and food. My weekends are usually spent catching up with family and friends, whether that’s over a coffee, a walk, or one of my famous homemade cookies.
