About

I am a Partner in the Family team at Buckles, specialising in complex financial matters arising from divorce and separation.

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and spent 14 years at my previous firm, where I was Head of the Family Department from 2022 to 2026. In 2026, I joined Buckles Law as a Partner.

In 2015 I achieved Specialist Accreditation in dealing with Complex Financial Remedies for both higher and lower income cases, which I have maintained since then. In 2024, I also qualified as a Collaborative Lawyer.

I specialise in resolving disputes involving the division of assets and resources on divorce and have considerable experience acting for high-net-worth individuals and in cases involving companies, complex assets and other challenging financial arrangements. Wherever possible, I help clients reach a constructive and proportionate resolution outside of Court proceedings through all forms of Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR).  Where this is not possible, I represent clients effectively and robustly in Court proceedings, with a clear focus on achieving the best possible outcomes.

I take a detailed and considered approach to every case, taking the time to understand my clients’ individual circumstances and what matters most to them. I recognise that every client’s definition of a successful outcome is different, and I tailor my advice accordingly.

I am also a member of Resolution.

Outside of work I have two children and a Dachshund called Rocky. I enjoy travelling and keeping fit.
