Stepping up their support for good causes locally is Buckles Solictors LLP, as a sponsor of the 2017 Perkins Great Eastern Run.
The popular Peterborough half marathon takes place on Sunday 8 October – with many participants having already registered to line up for the full course or the Anna’s Hope Fun Run.
Buckles staff will be supporting the event, and the runners, by distributing bottled water and branded goodies from its marquee on Peterborough’s Embankment.
Buckles managing partner Colleen Gostick said: “Once again, this as a fantastic opportunity to support one of the region’s major sporting events.
“With staff being able to benefit from our onsite gym, we anticipate a good turn out on the day from Buckles’ participants for the race and for the Anna’s Hope Fun. We wish them all the best in training for October’s event.”
No strangers to fundraising, Buckles has recently been awarded a Charity Champions trophy for its £13,500 contribution to the Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice Appeal following staff involvement at the Peterborough Dragon Boat Festival.
