Move over Eddie Izzard and Jo Brand – Sport Relief has found two new fundraising heroes!
It was bats at the ready and icy glares across the table for competitive fundraising staff at Buckles Solicitors in Peterborough.
Swapping work wear and conference calls for headbands and sporting tension in the company’s boardroom, this was not your average game of ping-pong!
In the name of Sport Relief, the full-on 12-hour table tennis marathon attracted staff from all areas of the business who joined forces to display their sporting prowess alongside event organisers James Munn, conveyancing executive and business support team member, Alex Thirtle – raising over £300.
And with staff also taking part in a dress down day for Sport Relief, the total raised was £441.
