Buckles Solicitors LLP scooped a coveted Green Award at the Investors in the Environment (iiE) East Region Awards, held in Peterborough on 30 April 2019.
The accolade is the highest award given by iiE and the firm also collected a Great Green Star award for being among the top 10 firms in the region, achieving over 95% in its audit and having several excellent environmental activities in place. Among Buckles’ achievements is a 25% reduction in its consumption of utilities from its initial baseline.
iiE is a national environmental accreditation scheme designed to help businesses save money, reduce their impact on the environment, and promote their green credentials.
The iiE Awards provide an annual opportunity for both members and non-members of the iiE scheme to come together to celebrate their green achievements and to share best practice. The awards collected by Buckles are recognition of the firm’s ongoing environmental commitment.
