Buckles Solicitors have secured a one star status in the Best Companies guide for 2015, marking a great start to the year for the team.
Best Companies, known as the name behind the ‘Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For’ list www.bestcompaniesguide.co.uk, awards businesses a star rating based on employees’ levels of fulfilment, motivation and engagement.
These are devised from answers provided through a questionnaire – the results of which, in the case of law firm Buckles, marks an improvement on last year’s score.
It has been a great year for Buckles. From being ‘one to watch’, the one star rating puts them as ‘very good’, which the company says reflects a positive 12 months of enhancement and expansion – including the opening of a new office in Nottingham at the end of 2014.
The solicitors – with offices in Peterborough, Nottingham and Stamford – also ranked highly on the Legal 500 list and gained Investors in People Gold accreditation and Investors in the Environment Green Award in the last 12 months.
