Buckles Trust Corporation (BTC) (Company number 16204030) (BTC) is a separate legal entity to Buckles Solicitors LLP (Company number OC311739) (Buckles), albeit one that is wholly owned by some of the Partners/Members of Buckles. BTC is a member of The Association of Corporate Trustees (TACT) and is regulated by HMRC, but does not trade nor undertake any legal work so is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). BTC instead instructs Buckles to carry out any required legal work on its behalf. Buckles is authorised and regulated by the SRA (SRA number 419965) and has Professional Indemnity Insurance in place which covers its own work and that of BTC. The charges of Buckles apply to any required legal work.
