I started as a Paralegal in the Contentious Probate and Trusts department in May 2024 after joining Buckles as a Legal Secretary in February 2023.
Prior to my time at Buckles, I worked as a conveyancing executive/paralegal in a high street firm in Huntingdon, having previously graduated with a first-class honours LLB in Law with Business in 2019.
I am currently in the process of studying for the SQE exams with a view of qualifying in Contentious Probate and Trusts. In my role I support our team of highly experienced Contentious Trusts and Probate specialist lawyers with various tasks as well as Care Home fee disputes.
I strive to be approachable and empathetic with clients, as I believe that having a strong professional relationship underpinned by a friendly and trusting style is an important foundation in achieving the best results for our clients.
Alongside my role, I am Chair of the firm’s Green Group, with an aim to adopt sustainable practices throughout the firm in the ways we work. I am also a committee member for the Peterborough Young Lawyers Group.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling, with a keen interest in all things History, as well as spending time with my family and dogs.
