About

I joined Buckles as a Solicitor in the London office in August 2025, having previously worked at a respected regional firm where I was named a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500. I am also a member of ConTra (The Contentious Trusts Association).

During my training contract I exclusively worked on private client matters including Contentious Probate, Family Law and Private Client. In January 2023, I qualified as a Solicitor and since this time my work has solely focused on Contentious Wills and Probate. I manage my own cases independently and work alongside other fee earners where needed.

I regularly advise my clients on all aspects of Contentious Probate including but not limited to:

  1. Making/ defending challenges to the validity of a Will
  2. Claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975.
  3. Removal of Executors
  4. Disputes over lifetime gifts

I have experience with both national and cross border disputes where the estates are mid – high value (multi millions). I take a compassionate, transparent approach, working closely with other departments to provide holistic advice. I encourage dispute resolution wherever possible, viewing litigation as a last resort. I believe that transparency is key, and this builds the foundation for a strong working relationship with clients.

I have been a Trustee of Hillingdon Women’s Centre since November 2023. This charity offers a wide range of services to women who are suffering from Domestic Violence.

Outside of work I enjoy cooking, travelling and DIY. On the weekends, you will often find me listening to a crime podcast with my cat on my lap or possibly plastering a wall!
