I joined Buckles in April 2018 as part of the Corporate & Commercial team. I have more than 25 years’ experience of corporate commercial and business law, dealing with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and matters involving contractual terms and conditions, agency and distribution agreements, insolvency, employment and more.
Previously, I was a partner at DCH Law in Nottingham, a role which I have also held at three other firms in Leicester. During this time, I have developed a vast network of contacts in the UK and overseas. Fluent in French and Italian, I have considerable experience of dealing with international matters.
A former business owner and property developer, my expertise and efficiency are highly regarded across the East Midlands region and beyond. I pay attention to detail, combining a nurturing approach with drive and energy to achieve the best outcomes for my clients.
