Nigel Moore

I have used Buckles, in particular, Nigel for a number of years for various commercial reasons.  In April of last year, his team including Nichola and Emily were instrumental in a share acquisition deal acting on behalf of myself, and other shareholders.  I found them to be extremely competent, knowledgeable and experienced. The whole situation felt a lot less stressful due to their expertise.  I would strongly recommend them and their services.

I have worked with the Buckles Corporate Team on a number of occasions, both on acquisitions and company sales. They have a brilliant corporate team and I am fortunate to have them on my doorstep. They do all the heavy lifting on our deals, and they get us to focus on the main commercial points, whilst delivering the project to tight deadlines. I have worked with Nigel Moore for many years and more recently Katy Poole and Nichola Stephens and they make a very strong team. They not afraid to disagree with me which I like as I trust their judgement and I appreciate their humour, which you need on a complex transactions.
