My adeptness in IT strategy, change management, and digital transformation is complemented by a solid foundation in project management, budget oversight, and team leadership.
Within Buckles, I spent several years overseeing various operational aspects of the firm as Chief Information Officer and, having now stepped into the role of COO, I will continue to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth across the business.
I influence strategy and innovation as a member of the Operations Board and various committees. My impact extends to fostering growth and sustainability through my roles on the Learning & Development Board and ESG Group. As Chair of the Innovation Committee, I have a record of initiating and steering progress.
I am proud to hold the Chartered Professional Member designation (CITP MBCS) at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and to support workplace wellbeing as a certified Mental Health First Aider.
