When we’d decided to move to Spain in December 2022, we were advised that Lola Pacheco was the person we needed. Lola gave us confidence from the very beginning due to her helpful and efficient approach. Firstly, we want to see if we would be eligible for Non-Lucrative Visas in the first place. We asked Lola to prepare a short report on our situation, including finance, to see if we were eligible. She prepared a short summary for us, which was exactly what we wanted. Lola then guided us through the whole process of obtaining a Non-Lucrative Visa. Her project management skills were excellent and she understood our timelines. We needed to have Non-Lucrative visas by the beginning of December; they came through at the end of November, which was perfect for us. During the whole process, we had questions now and then, which Lola answered promptly. Lola made us feel like we were the only people she was dealing with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Lola Pacheco has been assisting me with regards to obtaining Spanish nationality. During the long and tedious process and despite all the obstacles faced, Lola has been professional, proactive, responsive, persistent, and thorough throughout.
