I joined Buckles as a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution department in April 2018. Specialising in commercial litigation, I qualified in 2005 and have substantial experience of dealing with complex business disputes. My work covers issues such as company law (director and shareholder disputes), partnership disputes, civil fraud, commercial contracts, breach of warranty claims, professional negligence, insurance law, banking and finance, defamation, agency law and more.
I have extensive knowledge of alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation. I’m also experienced in dealing with emergency applications for injunctive relief, such as freezing injunctions and search and seizure orders.
Previously, I was an Associate at Nelsons Solicitors, before moving on to establish a successful consultancy practice with Austin Moore & Partners and DCH Law. My experience as an entrepreneur has helped me to develop a calm resolve and I’m committed to producing client focused positive results.
I love spending time on a golf course trying to hit the ball straight. I also enjoy boxing for fitness and paddle boarding for fun.
