I qualified as a solicitor in 2006 specialising in Commercial Property, I joined Buckles in 2023.
I have over 17 years’ specialist experience in Commercial Property law dealing with a wide range of Commercial Property issues including but not limited to:
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold land
- Landlord and Tenant transactions
- Rectification of title
- Portfolio management
- Option agreements
- Assignment, Variation and Surrender of leases
- Financing
I deal with high-value transactions and technical commercial property matters alongside standard commercial property transactions.
I have a wide range of experience of working in the private and public sector. I have worked for a broad range of clients including landlords, tenants, investors, owner/occupiers, developers, lenders and financiers. I have worked both in private practice and as an in-house solicitor for both Local Authority and Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE plc).
I have specialised in Commercial Property law for over 17 years. I find that my extensive knowledge, depth of my experience and reputation for both speed and efficiency has been beneficial to my clients. My time management skills and lateral thinking enables me to take a commercial and pragmatic approach to all transactions.
