About

Having grown up in rural Derbyshire, I have enjoyed relocating to and exploring various cities for both academic and career moves. Consequently, inspired by Buckles’ reputable presence as a leading, client-focused firm, I relocated to Bristol in 2026 to join their Bristol team as a Commercial Property Paralegal. Following the attainment of an LLB Law degree from the University of Nottingham, a Legal Practice Course LLM qualification from BPP Cambridge, and approximately two years of previous Commercial Property Paralegal experience in a commercial firm, I enjoy the mix of client-facing work and challenging matters, with the goal of qualifying as a solicitor.

Having navigated a range of Commercial Property matters in my previous role, I am experienced in transactions such as sales, purchases, leases, assignments and transfers, with varying levels of complexity and mitigating factors. As a previous case handler, I am familiar with the processes, commercial awareness and expertise fundamental to not only progressing matters, but also ensuring that clients are well informed and reassured throughout a significant commercial move.

Core to my professional ethos is client service. Whether the client is experienced or inexperienced in Commercial Property, I approach each client with a personalised understanding, establishing an approachable and attentive style while valuing trust and openness to reach the desired outcome.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active and regularly attend the gym, experimenting with new and (mostly) tasty meal prep recipes. I also periodically engage in yoga and Pilates, and enjoy cooking, travelling, playing pool and pub quizzes.
