I am a resident consultant in Buckles’ Paris office where I’m also the founder of and a partner in CastaldiPartners. I am an Avocat au Barreau de Paris and Avvocato in Milano. I have a well-established practice in France and Italy in the field of international investments, industrial and commercial partnership agreements, mergers, acquisitions and reorganisation of companies. I am a member of several boards of directors and shareholders’ committees.
I have taught at the Paris X – Nanterre University and is visiting professor at the University of Florence. I am a Commander of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic and a Knight of the Order of Merit of the French Republic. I speak Italian, French and English.
