The Firm’s youngest – and first female – partner in its 200-year history, I was appointed its Chairman in April 2018, following seventeen years of award-winning service in the role of Managing Partner. After eight years as Chairman, I became a Consultant in April 2026 and continue to act as an Ambassador for the Firm, developing and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all of the firm’s seven geographical locations, facilitating the effective implementation of the firm’s strategy and promoting the highest standards of integrity, probity and corporate governance.
I have extensive experience of all aspects of Commercial Property work, with a particular specialism in Retail & Industrial Development, Agricultural Land and Commercial Leasehold, acting for clients with portfolios across the UK and Europe. A Consultant to Franco-Italian law firm CastaldiPartners with offices in Paris and Milan, I am highly ranked by both of the leading independent UK Legal Guides, being one of Legal 500’s Leading Individuals “recognised for very strong technical ability, in-depth capability, credibility with the most prestigious clients and a reputation for dealing with complex and innovative cases” and a Chambers’ Eminent Practitioner, denoting those who are highly influential practitioners in their field.
Despite one of my sons once telling his teacher that my hobbies were cleaning and drinking wine, in reality, my spare time is largely spent with my family and friends – and I love to shop, sail and ski (in that order!)
