About

I grew up in Durham, Northeast England, and completed my LLB and LPC in Newcastle upon Tyne. I later became a Partner at Laytons ETL and was promoted to Head of Private Client in December 2022. In 2024, I joined Buckles Law as a Partner due to their impressive growth and client-centric approach, supported by a team of experienced legal professionals and I head up the London office. In addition to my law degree, I am STEP qualified and I bring over 18 years of experience.

I handle everything from basic Wills to complex HNW and UHNW Will planning, including inheritance tax advice and cross-border estates. My services cover Powers of Attorney, and full estate administration, both domestic and multi-jurisdictional. I also advise on and draft Trusts, assist in their administration, act as a professional Trustee, and work on contentious probate matters with our specialists in the Contentious Probate team.

Providing excellent legal and customer service is key. I believe in setting realistic timescales, keeping my clients updated, and responding promptly. In my spare time, I enjoy both watching and participating in sports. I’m a member of a running club and England Athletics, competing in races from 5km to marathons. I also regularly attend yoga classes and go to the gym, which keeps me fit and fuels my passion for food, from fine dining to match-day burgers. My family, including my 8-year-old daughter and our two-year-old Labrador, love traveling, from city breaks to sunny holidays and the New Forest/Dorset coast.
