We are pleased to confirm that, following the gradual easing of lockdown restrictions, we are welcoming back clients to some of our offices for pre-arranged meetings and with comprehensive safety measures in place.
Throughout the lockdown brought about by the pandemic, our staff have continued to be there for our clients, working remotely and adapting to the rapidly changing situation. Whilst videoconferencing has been a godsend, what has become apparent is that many clients really want to come and see us! With the re-opening of offices, the Buckles team has taken great care to ensure that the preparations made prioritise the health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and the wider public.
Strict and clearly communicated protocols have been put in place and can be found on our website, in our animated video guide and at the offices. Social distancing, staff ‘bubbles’, sanitisation measures and the spacing out of appointments are key aspects of the procedures we have put in place to allow face-to-face meetings to be conducted as safely as possible.
Meanwhile, the rest of our staff continue to work from home and, through this combined approach the Buckles team will continue to deliver our full range of services to the highest standards. We remain fully available to our clients through email, phone call, video conferencing and face to face appointments when needed. We will also continue to respond to any future changes in the guidance provided by the Government to protect and serve our clients.
