Company commercial law specialist Charlotte Stojak will be the keynote speaker at April’s WIB and Law Networking (Women in Business and Law Networking) event.
Charlotte, of Buckles Solicitors LLP in Nottingham, has a particular expertise in transactional work.
WIBL is a network for dynamic Women in Business and Law which arranges conferences, exhibitions, expos and networking events in the West Midlands and East Midlands.
The next networking meet up takes place on Thursday 27 April from 6-8pm at The Village Hotel in Chilwell, Nottingham.
Charlotte (pictured) said: “It is an informal networking evening for dynamic women in business and law who would like to network and connect. The event is to promote informal networking evenings with the members of Women in Business and Law Networking in a relaxed atmosphere to share experiences and create new business relationships where the pressure of corporate networking is taken away.”
Since qualifying in June 2015, Charlotte has worked with clients to achieve their goals on a number of significant matters including company restructures, company sales and purchases, company buybacks, share transfers and asset purchases.
Charlotte also helps clients with partnership and general corporate advice as well as assisting shareholders with succession planning.
