Buckles Solicitors LLP is delighted to announce the recruitment of four lawyers in recent weeks as the firm continues to expand its teams.

Alvaro Aznar Azcarate (Senior Associate) and Monica Cervellini (Solicitor) have joined Buckles’ International department and are both based at firm’s London office. Meanwhile, Samantha Greer (Senior Solicitor) has joined Buckles’ Construction & Engineering team in Nottingham, whilst Alex Hartnoll has been appointed as a Paralegal in the Family department and is based in Stamford and Peterborough.

Alvaro practises international cross border private client work, advising clients and charities in the planning and administration of complex estates, often involving multiple jurisdictions. He also deals with broad range of Spanish private client work and Lasting Powers of Attorney for individuals with assets in various jurisdictions.

Monica specialises in Italian law and her work on behalf of clients is particularly focused on drafting Wills, dealing with the administration of estates, including Inheritance Tax planning, and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney. Monica also deals with UK-based and international probate matters involving multi-jurisdictional issues.

Sam is an experienced contract negotiator with a background in the rail sector and has successfully completed complex deals in Japan, Singapore, USA, Spain, Denmark and the UK. Sam supports businesses to develop negotiation strategies, and review and draft contracts.

Alex has worked in Family law since 2016 and has experience in advising on divorce and financial remedies, private law children matters (including residence, contact and parental responsibility) and change of name.
