It is with deep sadness that the firm announces that Martin Herson died on 16 December 2020, following a period of serious illness. Martin was a Personal Injury lawyer based at our Peterborough office.
Martin was an experienced and dedicated litigator, having qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. His practice principally covered high value areas of personal injury and clinical negligence, as well as defending Health & Safety prosecutions.
Duncan Jackson, Buckles’ Chief Executive, paid the following tribute:
‘Martin was a diligent and talented lawyer and a much-loved, valued and respected colleague. He will be greatly missed by everyone. He was a huge part of the community at Buckles, always involved in all sporting activities at the firm and raising money for a wide range of charities, not only through his marathon running, but also the annual race night that he and his family organised every year.
Our thoughts are with his wife, Kellie, and their family at this very sad time.’
