Buckles Solicitors LLP is celebrating the opening of a new joint office in London – celebrating the firm’s legal offering both locally and further afield.
The office will build on the success of the company’s private client work along with the recently launched BUCKLESconnect – a bespoke service for law firms and other professionals which provides access to legal expertise in niche areas.
The new office, located in the Southampton Buildings, is being headed up by Buckles partner and head of private client services, Duncan Jackson.
Duncan said: “This is an extremely exciting time for Buckles Solicitors LLP, and for me personally.
“While my role will remain largely focussed on our valued Peterborough clients, I have the priviledge and responsibility for growing our London business.”
BUCKLESconnect was launched earlier this year and is a referral network operating on a membership basis where independent firms can refer cases for their clients to BUCKLESconnect without fear of losing them to a competitor.
It may be that the referring firm cannot deal with the matter because there is a conflict or it falls outside of normal areas of expertise; for example, French or Spanish law.
The London office opening follows the recent strategic alliance partnership with Franco-Italian law firm CastaldiPartners.
This will also allow Buckles to build on its established Spanish and French law services and increase its European offering.
