Law firm Buckles Solicitors LLP has been thanked by a Nottingham-based adoption agency and children’s charity for its help with financing and selling a property.
Commercial property lawyer Rob Wallwork, from the Buckles Nottingham office, was approached by Family Care following a networking encounter at the Nottingham City Business Club.
Rob became the contact through all legal aspects of the sale of the property and forged a close working relationship with the charity.
Family Care business development co-ordinator Victoria Webberley said: “The sale of the property took much longer than we initially anticipated due to a number of queries on the buyers side. Rob was professional and dedicated time to supporting Family Care with the ongoing queries regarding the sale.
“Like many other charities the bulk of our income goes towards delivering front line services. The successful sale of our property was the outcome we needed. This couldn't’t have been achieved without Rob’s support.”
Family Care is a welcoming, small, independent charity that supports children and families. Although based in Nottingham, it supports families across the county and other parts of the East Midlands offering range of services in adoption, safeguarding and emotional support for children and young people.
