The individuals within the team we have selected to attend UKREiiF, bring a diverse range of specialisms and expertise, but all have the same clear focus on what they aim to achieve:
Chris Mundell, a Partner in the Commercial Property team, is looking to connect with portfolio landlords, asset/property managers, and end users. With deep experience in managing estates from both owner and occupier perspectives, Chris offers insight into the full life cycle of property acquisition, disposal, and management.
Michaela De Paola, an Associate, is targeting housebuilders, housing associations, and agents. Her expertise in airspace development, pension scheme property matters (SSAS and SIPP), and development transactions across retail, leisure, and mixed-use sectors makes her an invaluable voice for residential developers navigating complex projects.
James Munn, a Senior Associate, is aiming to meet with commercial and residential developers, commercial agents, SMEs, and family businesses. He brings specialist knowledge in development site acquisition, leasing, and funding solutions, guiding clients from strategic land deals to sales of completed schemes.
