Buckles Solicitors LLP will re-open its reception at the firm’s Peterborough office from Monday 24 August, initially between 9am and 5pm.
The move will allow Front of House staff to greet and direct clients to their pre-booked meeting room for pre-arranged appointments, removing the need for clients to wait in the reception area. All meetings and client visits will continue to be arranged by prior appointment.
The re-opening of its Peterborough reception desk is the latest step introduced by Buckles in response to the easing of lockdown restrictions. The firm has already put in place comprehensive safety and sanitisation measures, including the installation of pods at its Peterborough office for the signing of documents.
Buckles’ Chief Executive, Duncan Jackson, said: “We remain fully available to our clients through email, phone call, video conferencing and face to face appointments when needed. We will also continue to respond to any future changes in the guidance provided by the Government to protect and serve our clients.”
