Buckles trained solicitor Alex Burch has won the Peterborough and District Law Society’s Young Lawyer of the Year award.
The Peterborough and District Law Society’s 83rd annual dinner took place on 22 March 2013 at The Orton Hall Hotel. The awards ceremony, which was part of the dinner, included the Young Lawyer of the Year 2013 award which was sponsored by Law Staff Legal Recruitment.
Alex Burch is a solicitor in the private client department at Buckles Solicitors LLP in Peterborough. Alex was recognised for demonstrating a level of experience, skills, professionalism and maturity beyond his newly qualified status. Alex qualified as a solicitor in November 2012.
This was the first year that the young solicitors category had been introduced by The Society. The award category is for lawyers who are up to five years qualified.
