Law firm Buckles Solicitors is saluting its staff through bespoke development – offering two members of its legal team training contracts.

The company has recognised the achievements of Rose Welch, who joined Buckles in 2013 as a Paralegal in Private Client, and Lauren Godfrey who began her career with the company in 2012 as a Paralegal in Dispute Resolution.

Buckles’ training contract provides lawyers with the knowledge, skills and opportunities to develop into technically and commercially focused lawyers of the future.

The company offers a bespoke programme depending on the individual’s experience, but all lawyers will receive a comprehensive insight into the business by each undertaking a six-month seat in a number of different disciplines.

Buckles Managing Partner Colleen Gostick said: “Buckles has a strong focus on client care, and last year alone we invested in over 800 hours of client care training for all our lawyers.

“The trainees contract will have a clear emphasis on this fundamental area, as well as the technical elements required to ensure that any individuals undertaking the training are our successful lawyers of the future.

“We want all our lawyers committed to being legally focused and relationship driven and our best wishes to Rose and Lauren with their training contract.”
