Buckles Solicitors LLP has made a new appointments to the firm’s wills and probate department.
Sara-Rose Welch has joined the firm as a Paralegal. She will work alongside Partner, Stephen Duffy, who specialises in care home fee planning, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Sara-Rose previously worked for a firm in Royston, Hertfordshire. She studied law at the University of Hertfordshire and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Bloomsbury.
The arrival of Sara-Rose makes the department one of the largest in the area with 12 specialists who focus purely on Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, wealth management and Inheritance Tax Planning, care home fees and probate and estate administration.
