For more than three decades, Data Interchange has developed pioneering technology for data communication serving a blue chip customer base. Epicor is a business software company owned by Clayton, Dubilier and Rice; a Private Equity Housed based in Austin, Texas. Epicor provides enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), supply chain management (SCM) and human capital management (HCM) software to business customers in the manufacturing, distribution, lumber/building materials, retail and automobile verticals globally.
Through its acquisition of Data Interchange, Epicor is able to expand its reach in European markets and add to its portfolio of B2B integration technologies, empowering customers to connect businesses and trading partners. The deal will also help increase efficiency and drive value in the supply.
