By using our free Wi-Fi access (“Service”) you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Use:

1. By using and/or activating the Service with us you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of the agreement, do not use the Service.
2. We may modify the agreement at any time. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the agreement current at that point in time.
3. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the Service is fault free or fit for any particular purpose, or that our system is secure. You assume all responsibility and risk for use of the Service.
4. We will always try to make the Service available, but it may be interrupted, limited or curtailed due to maintenance and repair work, transmission or equipment limitations/failures or due to an emergency. We are not responsible for data, messages or pages that you may lose or that become misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service.
5. We do not control, nor are liable in any way, for data or content that you access or receive via the Service, including but not limited to the introduction of any viruses and other programs that may corrupt or damage your computer.
6. We reserve the right to immediately and without notice suspend your access to the Service if we suspect that you are transmitting a virus or are breaching these Terms and Conditions of Use.
7. You must not use the Service:
   1. for anything which in our reasonable opinion is unlawful, immoral or improper;
   2. to make any offensive or nuisance communications;
   3. to access or use content in a way that infringes the rights of others;
   4. to transmit a virus;
   5. for any fraudulent purpose, or in such a way as to create damage or risk to our business, reputation, employees, facilities, third parties or to the public generally.
8. You agree and acknowledge that we may keep a log of the Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses of any devices which access the Service, the times when they have accessed the Service and the activity associated with that IP address.
9. You further agree that we are entitled to co-operate with law enforcement authorities and rights-holders in the investigation of any suspected or alleged illegal activity by you which may include, but is not limited to, disclosure of such information as we have, and are entitled to provide by law, to law enforcement authorities or rights-holders.
10. You agree to compensate us fully for any claims or legal action made or threatened against us by someone else because you have used the Service in breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
11. This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales and is subject to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
