I am an Associate and Head of our Residential Property team with extensive knowledge of all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions. I advise on a broad range of matters, including:
- All residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages;
- Acquisitions of property for development purposes and subsequent disposals
- Providing property support in corporate transactions
- Acting on behalf of landlords and tenants in connection with lease matters covering a wide range of sectors (retail and leisure, industrial, mixed-use)
- Advising on airspace development
- Handling pension scheme property matters (SSAS and SIPP)
I work proactively and pragmatically, providing legal and practical solutions to ensure that the needs of my clients are met. Adopting a commercial and collaborative approach, I am recognised for my efficiency, technical knowledge and attention to detail.
Since joining Buckles in November 2013, I have also acquired a 1st class BA honours degree in Business Management and a distinction in the LPC with a Masters in Law.
My hobbies include travelling, dog-walking, going to the gym and enjoying a few cocktails at the weekend!
