Martin Herson is an experienced litigator, having qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. His practice principally covers the areas of high value personal injury and clinical negligence as well as defending Health & Safety prosecutions. Martin has also generated a specialism in representing families at inquest before the Coroners Court.
