Alex Burch


Alex studied law at the University of Southampton and the College of Law in London. He qualified as a Solicitor in November 2012 after completing his training at Buckles which included working in the Private Client, Dispute Resolution and Company Commercial departments. Alex has previous experience working with legal teams in two local authorities, most recently on secondment from Buckles.

Now in our Dispute Resolution team, after spending two years working closely with the Private Client department, Alex specialises in dealing with challenges to Wills and Probates as well as challenges to Powers of Attorney and Trusts. Alex's caseload also consists of disputes over care home fees and NHS Continuing Healthcare matters.

The Legal 500 2019 commends Alex as a Next Generation Lawyer describing him as 'a really sensible, hardworking and reliable operator, who is keen to achieve the best for clients'.
