Anti-Social Behaviour – As a social landlord, you can apply for injunctions against the perpetrators of anti-social behaviour. If an injunction is then breached, you have the power to apply for a warrant for arrest.

Health and Safety – As a minimum, social landlords must comply with statutory Health and Safety requirements to protect their tenants. As far as possible, it’s important that you take measures to identify, manage, monitor and report related risks and prevent breaches of regulations.
