Head of Restructuring, Turnaround & Insolvency, Partner
I qualified in September 1999 and I’m a Partner and Head of our Restructuring, Turnaround & Insolvency team. I am Joint Chair of the R3 East Midlands Ladies Committee and listed as a Leading individual in Legal 500.
I act in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring related matters, both corporate and personal. My clients range from insolvency practitioners, directors, individuals, companies, creditors, and financial institutions. I also deal with personal guarantees, receiverships and any situation where there is financial distress.
I am known for being sensitive to client needs and for being commercial and pragmatic in my outlook. As I act on “both sides of the fence”, I have developed a skill set enabling me to approach a matter from all angles in order to achieve the best result for my client.
I’m a regular speaker for MBL Seminars and Webinars and run courses covering Bankruptcy Law, Corporate Insolvency Law, Restructuring, Property and Insolvency, Retention of Title. I am also a regular speaker at Insolvency Conferences.
Outside of work, I play general skivvy to my teenage daughters, I love walking my dogs and going on my cross trainer if there is something good to watch on Netflix. In addition, as anyone who knows me will testify, I have a very bad designer handbag problem!
