I joined Buckles as a consultant to the Dispute Resolution department in April 2018. I’m a dual qualified solicitor and barrister, undertaking commercial and civil litigation and with more than 30 years’ experience of the law. I deal with matters concerning professional negligence, property, building and land disputes, debt recovery and general actions related to contracts and torts.
Prior to joining Buckles, I was a Partner at the Leeds office of a large national practice before joining an East Midlands firm and, more recently, I was a consultant to DCH Law in Nottingham.
I’ve developed a detailed perspective of civil litigation cases through my combined experience as a solicitor and barrister. I have expertise in many areas of dispute resolution, including contractual disputes, professional and medical negligence claims and property disputes.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and family, and I’m very keen on landscape photography and walking in the Peak District.
