I joined the Conveyancing Team at Buckles in April 2021 after working in another regional law firm.
I can assist you with residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, remortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, new build, right to buy and unregistered property. Be it first time buyers, ecclesiastical charities or companies, I am more than happy to guide you through each stage of a transaction.
Communication is key to building rapport and I appreciate that conveyancing is not everyone’s day to day, so I am committed to providing a friendly and efficient service. I pride myself in always being approachable to try to eliminate as much stress from each stage of the transaction as possible.
I am fluent in Cantonese Chinese and on many occasions I’ve assisted clients with their acquisition and sale of properties from abroad as having to understand a second language can be hard enough without the additional legal jargon.
I am also an Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Friend which is an initiative to change the way the nation thinks, acts, and talks about the condition.
Outside of work I like to think of myself as an avid chef but less enthusiastic washer upper. You will also find me trying to work out various power tools whilst I renovate my house and occasionally chasing my dog around various parks as he has yet to learn I can’t throw the ball if he still has it.
