Nigel Moore

Head of Company Commercial, Partner

I specialise in transactional work and am recognised by Legal 500 as a leading individual for corporate and commercial work in East Anglia. I’m also a consultant to Buckles’ associated firm, CastaldiPartners, which has offices in Paris and Milan.

I act for a mix of established clients in the software, publishing and food related sectors, as well as a new generation of entrepreneurial clients in industries as diverse as defence procurement, engineering, urban regeneration, agriculture and web-based services. I advise several professional firms, particularly in relation to partnership and LLP matters.

In my spare time, I buy and sell Vintage Port, have over 1000 bottles, and am one of only seven members of the Peterborough Port Club, which is the oldest of its kind in the world. I’m a keen gardener, in constant battle with bind weed and I’m a Radio 4 addict (everything but Gardeners Question Time!).

Nigel is a Chambers UK 2020 ranked lawyer.

A Legal 500 Leading Individual, Nigel has also been ranked in the Hall of Fame, defined by Legal 500 as “…individuals who have received constant praise by their clients for continued excellence.”
