I qualified as a lawyer in 2002 and joined Buckles in 2010.
I advise on a broad range of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence matters and the enforcement of restrictive covenants in employment contracts. I have particular expertise in seeking and defending injunction proceedings, and regularly act for clients in urgent proceedings in the High Court.
I’m experienced in advising on insolvency matters, both personal and corporate, and regularly act for many of the leading Insolvency Practitioners in the region. I’m an Associate Member of R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and have obtained the ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency qualification.
Away from work, I am a long suffering Ipswich Town fan. I also enjoy mucking about on a river in a canoe or a kayak (there is a difference!), followed by a decent pub lunch.
