I am an experienced Senior Associate with more than 14 years’ experience working with commercial and private clients. I specialise in the sale and purchase of businesses and companies as well as corporate restructures. Working with predominantly owner managed businesses, my client base extends across Europe and North America. I also work closely with our wealth preservation team within our private client department on the restructuring of family companies as part of their future planning.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking with my dog, growing my own fruit and vegetables, and playing badminton.
