I am dual qualified as an Italian Avvocato and an English Solicitor, and a resident consultant in Buckles’ Milan office where I am also a manager with CastaldiPartners.
In a career spanning more than 20 years, I have worked in both private practice and in-house legal departments in Italy, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, always operating in international and multicultural corporate environments.
In my role, I provide advice to corporate clients and specialise in compliance, antitrust, international contracts and business expansion matters. Managing legal affairs across jurisdictions and providing strategic direction to businesses, I have a deep knowledge of commercial law and of the manufacturing and consumer goods sectors.
I previously worked as an in-house counsel in the UK, Switzerland and Italy for manufacturing groups in the consumer sector. Prior to that, I was an in-house counsel for a UK manufacturer of industrial equipment, taking care of the legal affairs of various subsidiaries in Europe, the US and the Middle East, as well as gaining experience in private practice in the UK and Italy over a nine-year period.
I’m bilingual in Italian and English and have a good knowledge of French and Spanish.
I hold a law degree from the University of Genoa and an LLM from the University of London.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, scuba diving and food.
