The London office is wheelchair accessible, there is a wheelchair lift to all floors and the washroom facilities are wheelchair accessible. If you are visiting our Nottingham or Stamford offices, please call ahead and let us know if you have limited mobility. We will ensure that a member of staff is on hand to help.

Not at all, our clients are located regionally, nationally and internationally. We believe that expertise is more important than location.

Whether you are located near our offices or not, we can conduct confidential meetings with you from the comfort of your home or office through our online meeting software. We can show you presentations, allow you to view documents on screen and interact with you as if you were in the same room. Please contact us to discuss this option further.

If you are unhappy with the way your matter is being handled, or the progress your current solicitor is making, we take over matters from other legal practices. Contact us on 01733 888888 for an informal chat about how we can help you.

We offer free initial consultations in some areas such as personal injury. In some other areas we can offer a no obligation appointment. During the meeting, we will find out your requirements and ask questions to establish your objectives before providing an estimated charge or the fixed cost and timescales. If at this point you decide not to instruct us, then there will not be any charge for the time spent in the appointment. Please contact us to find out more.

We offer fixed fees for our residential conveyancing and Will writing services. Before we undertake any instruction, we scope the work and ensure that we have all the relevant information to provide you with the recommended actions and likely costs involved. For many types of work, we can offer alternative pricing options such as capped fees, blended rates, risk-sharing arrangements and retainers. We will discuss these options at the outset when evaluating the matter and what’s involved. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us.

A ‘no win, no fee’ arrangement is a term used to describe a Conditional Fee Agreement. It states that you cannot be charged if a compensation claim is unsuccessful. We offer Conditional Fee Agreements for all personal injury claims.

We are unable to offer no win, no fee agreements in relation to any family or employment matters. However, we do offer alternative pricing arrangements. Please contact us to discuss this further.

Absolutely. We recognise that for some clients visiting our offices can be difficult. We may need to make a charge for home visits. Please discuss this with your lawyer prior to your appointment.

When your appointment is confirmed, we will let you know who you will be meeting and what you will need to bring with you. This may include personal identification, utility bills and any paperwork relating to your matter. If you would like to clarify what is required, please contact us.
