A Acquisition:
You are looking for land – so let us use our local contacts to find the site which is right for you. Once found, we can make the purchase as stress free as possible. If you already have the land, we can guide you through the minefield that is the planning process.
B Buildability:
You will need a design team to create the perfect design. If you need us to, we can put you in touch with our local architect, engineer, and QS contacts, and make sure that they are properly appointed. We can also assist with early contractor involvement to assist with design development so that your designs can become reality without exceeding budget.
C Construction:
Seeing your project coming out of the ground is a great feeling, but it is too easy to forget to put the appropriate contracts in place. We will prepare the Construction Contract for inclusion in the tender pack or for negotiation with your chosen contractor, any necessary security documents (such as Collateral Warranties and Parent Company Guarantees), Design Team Novation Agreements, and other Professional Team Appointments to ensure your legal position is fully protected.
D Disposal:
Whether you are selling on or leasing out units, we can again use our local contacts to help find the right purchaser or tenant for you. Why not then hand over the transaction to us. We can’t promise that the purchaser or tenant won’t drive a hard bargain, but we can promise to drive the deal through as quickly and as stress free as possible.
E Execution:
If you don’t want the hassle of making sure everyone signs the correct documents at the right time, why not use our Execution Service. For a fixed fee per document, we will ensure that your full suite of development documents are executed and distributed to all the relevant parties.
