Richard Vernon qualified in 2007 gaining experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial work and particularly in the area of mergers and acquisitions. He has developed a reputation for transport and logistics related work and is increasingly active in corporate finance related work.
Before joining Buckles he studied at The University of Sheffield where, as well as his undergraduate law degree, he obtained his Masters degree in Commercial Law.
