Nick Monsell

Nick is based in the Peterborough Office.

Having headed the probate, wills and trusts team in his previous firm, Nick has many years experience of this area of work. He has experience of dealing with complex matters such as large and difficult probate matters and inheritance tax planning through wills and trusts for wealthy clients and those with special circumstances. Nick is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Nick is also qualified as a Notary Public, a separate branch of the legal profession. As a notary Nick is primarily concerned with witnessing signatures to and providing certified copies of documents for use in foreign jurisdictions.
